Chillow Pillow

My daughter bought this for me for Christmas. I am a hot sleeper and this Chillow works wonders at keeping me cooler. I wasn't sure of it at first...would it really stay cold? But it does! Just wish it was a little more solid and not so flimsy.

I just recently purchased the chill pillow but I already feel more rested in the morning. Good Bye night sweats! Its also refreshing to have behind my back when I'm watching tv.

I have hot flashes and I put it in the freezer. In the middle of the night or when we are watching movies in the living room, really anywhere, I grab the Chillow and am instantly cool.

Hot flashed have disappeared - was having at least 4 a night. Put in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes just before I go to bed. Got two - one for my head and one for my body pillow.

May warm up thru the night so you may need to shift to a different part of the Chillow to find another cool spot.

I gave this to my sister as a gift. She suffers from migranes and prefers to sleep in a cold room. The Chillow wasn't too hard to set up and took a few hours to cool. She's been using it every night and it's providing her with much improved sleep. It does warm up after 5-6 hours, but it's still works well.

Probably better for someone who sleeps flat on one pillow. I sleep propped up with 3 pillows so it tends to fall out of the pillow case.

Received this as a gift for Xmas and used it last night for the first time. It worked perfectly! I did notice after a few hours it did warm up but its wide enough that if you roll over to the other side is nice and cold. The setup was a snap as well.

Using it for hot flashes and it works at night....not as cool in the am after sleeping on it all night. Just put it back in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes and it's ready again for a good night sleep.
