This pillow really does the job. It gives me a very comfortable night's sleep as a normal pillow and perfectly accommodates my CPAP gear (a nose pillow). Much better solution than conventional or memory foam pillows.

I was unable to sleep comfortably with my CPAP machine since I am a side sleeper and the CPAP mask FORCED me to sleep on my back. I had trouble falling asleep. Now I fall asleep easily while wearing my CPAP mask because this pillow allows me to sleep on my side comfortably. I wake refreshed and ready to face the day! This pillow has changed my life!

Just rec'd this. After just one nite I notice a difference. It is a little too thick so I took out the extra insert and will try that tonite. I'll update my review afterwards. This has become such an important issue for me, as I am sure it is for so many others. If I can help in any way to make this life changing transition easier, I hope this review helps. I am actually on BPAP with oxygen so I even have an extra hose attached. The O2 line from my concentrator. Still dealing with leakage of the full face mask. Also trying something called Remzzzzs. I got a few to sample from the O2 supplier. Small cloth like covers to place on the face mask seals. They help to block the leaks. So far they have helped as well. I was getting dry eye from the leaks at the top of the mask blowing into my eyes while I slept. So that plus a regular pillow interfering and pushing against the mask means I have not been getting the full benefit of this treatment. This is no joke. If I'm going to...
