Pans are easy to use and clean up. Cutter works great! Recipes seem to be for large pan, so cut them in half for pie pan. Use 1-1/2 sheets of dough for each pan or your dough will be too thin and soggy after cooking. Can also use pans to make pastries or meals before hand and freeze them for later (don't cook till later). Simply carefully remove from pan(s), place on cookie sheet and freeze. Then place in storage bags or containers and cook them later when you need them.

Making the apple pie from the already can of mix apples to the pre-made pie dough, was so simple and so easy. Thank you. I Loved it and my family loved it as well. One of the best products I used from Seen-it-on-TV. Keep up the good work.

I love these pans with the crimper/cutter tool. They make tasty individual fruit pies. They make even tastier chicken pot pies. I ordered 4 sets for my adult children. My two daughters boyfriends requested I order sets for them also. I decided to order an additional set to give as a wedding shower gift. Love these pans. Be sure to follow directions on pan care.

This is one of the best As Seen On TV products that I have used. My kids love using it, even my husband loves it. Best money I've spent on a product since the meatloaf pan!

I bought this pan for our annual post Thanksgiving FryDay. I have seen people fry pies and other goodies, so we wanted to try this. I used the pan to create apple, cherry, and chocolate pies using standard pie pastry. I also used a Pillsbury pizza crust to create Pulled Pork BBQ pies for an appetizer. I froze the pies in the pan and placed them in a baggie until we fried them. Normal pie crust does not fry well. It got way to flaky and fell apart in the fryer. Pizza crust fries great and putting the pulled pork BBQ appetizers together was pretty easy using this pan. I have not tried this pan in the oven yet, but from what I have seen it would work just fine. I would like to see better instructions and recipes on how to fry pies and other items.

the instructions were easy.I tried a couple of the receipes. and they came out good. The only thing is that it didn't tell you approximately how much to put in the pockets EX. one tablespoon two tbs. It just said just fill pockets. I did fill the pocket but then on another I filled it a little more and it came out much better, fuller looking.

I have used this to make multiple mini pies and have frozen them for quick snacks at work.The are easy and freeze well. The best part is I don't have much time to cook. So, I use my slow cooker for the filling than can come home and quickly make pies. Works better if you let your filling cool a little before making the pies.

I bought this primarily for the square pan thinking that it would be easy with one hand, unfortunately this was not the case and it took a lot longer than using precut crescent rolls. but the pie pan works great
