Pressure Pro

Fairly easy to use and program, I wanted to can with it however this site didn't give capacity options when I bought it and this unit is far to little to can with, I should have shopped better and gotten the largest capacity unit.

Fantastic product I had stopped using a pressure cooker in favor of a slow cooker. Thanks to the Pressure Pro I'm back to pressure cookers. Meats are tender and juicy and veggies are not mushy. I primarily purchased the Pressure Pro to use as a canned forsmalrs of jalapenos. The Pressure Pro works well for this too.

Better than expected ... from freezer to table in less than 30 minutes. An absolute must for busy Mom's  Dad's.

I love the fact that it cooks so quickly. I use it for Chili, Stew, Soup, Potatoes/sausage, steak/gravy.
