Once I got the hang of it, which wasn't long, I really thought it was fun! The next day I actually had sore muscles from my arms to my legs, I did addd 3lb hand weights. So overall it's a fun workout with quick results????

I enjoy this Simply Fit Board so much that the first day I stayed on it for 1hour. It is so much fun to do. My legs hurt for two days but it was worth it.
