Spirooli Spiral Slicer

This gadget does exactly what it claims. It makes pasta out of vegetables! You can use almost any solid vegetable to make pasta. I have used it so often, with different recipes. From Italian to stir fry, sautéed to roasted, or to make salads. It is faster than cooking regular pasta, and very easy to clean. I absolutely love it.

I did much research before purchasing this item, as I wanted to complete my healthy eating kitchen with a slicer. I had another model, and it seemed quite flimsy, and I put it away in my storage unit, and it is still there somewhere... This one, altho plastic, is well made, and will cut your potato, carrot, apple, etc. I also dehydrate vegetables and this is great for that. It is not just to make the food "look" pretty (which it does, for parties, company etc) it makes great snacks to package up in baggies for the gym, so you don't have to have any hunger when working out, pop over to your locker, and get a snack straight from Spirooli! I am on a healthy journey to lose 75 pounds from when I had an ankle injury, and gained it...so I know my Spirooli is going to def. be a great helper, fun and well made product! :)

I use this a lot, and have had it many yrs now. It's great to go camping with, home use, on a boat or anywhere you can think of. No electricity needed, Highly durable. Still using original blades. Quick and ez to use, ez to clean. Uses are endless. saves time and money.
