Problem, I ordered 2 star showers, 1 works fine the other one the green laser only works at 30% you can barely see the green dots AND they are out of them. Now what?

Same problem ordered 2 only one works and the other just the green works so dissoponted! And everyone on my block loves them! Thanks for being Out of stock so my next door neighbors dont get the same s***
