I use these to walk and run outside in the winter. You can literally run on ice without slipping. Traction is great and they slip on and off shoes and boots easily. I have no worries running on icy or snow covered roads whatsoever! Comfortable and lightweight too.

this was the best Christmas present I got this year. I can walk out side and to the nabores without falling. the traction is great,beter than I thought it would be. They are simple to put on and take off.

It is unfortunate that we did not receive them until after the spring thaw, but we arelooking forward to using them next winter.
