my do loves this. Too bad he destroys is so easily. It needs to be made of a more durable plastic for bigger dogs.

My dog loves it! Even though she is only 16 lbs and the ball is larger than a tennis ball she is able to pick it up with the indentations on it and walk around with it. It makes me smile when I see her playing with itl

At approximately six inches in diameter and with it constructed of hard plastic, this toy cannot be "chewed" by any but the largest of dogs. It is designed to be pushed or rolled and it makes sounds when it is moved. The sound reminds me of the horns with the push bulb that clowns carry. There are indentations in the sphere, but pressing them does not activate the sound, you have to move the ball in some way for that to happen. Fortunately, batteries are not needed. This is a toy that most dogs will probably ignore; all of the dogs that I have been around were chewers, eager to munch down on anything they could get their mouth around. Although it may appear to be something that children could play with, the instructions are very specific that it is not a children's toy. While I will not argue that point, it is hard to see what is considered dangerous about it. Perhaps it is the very hard plastic construction as this toy would hurt if you were hit with it. Since it is hard...

The sound is choppy... My big girl runs from it... Didn't work like I thought it would.
