Simply insert the 2-way wooden shoe stretcher in your shoe, and turn the dial for extra width or length. Use the pop-in stretch plugs to stretch tight spots.

Great for breaking in new shoes or loosening up older shoes that fit too tight.

Can be used on flats, pumps, Wedges, loafers, oxfords, pointed toe, slippers, sneakers and tennis shoes.

Each pair includes 8 pressure relief pads inserts to stretch targeted areas.
